Ronda Rousey ready for boxing?

We all know and most of us love the MMA superstar known as Ronda Rousey who is set to take on Holly Holm in less than 12 days at UFC 193. The highly acclaimed champion has shown her skills in the octagon, the big screen, and now the boxing ring? She has already been in talks with Oscar De La Hoya for her boxing debut which will most likely not go over well with someone like Dana White.

Why not some people may ask. Why would Dana White or any UFC brass really be interested in losing a high value superstar that rakes in millions of dollars a year solo for them. And even allowing her to participate in dual sports would be risky as in either sport she could sustain an injury which would scratch her from the other. Could she do well in the world of professional boxing? Maybe. Become a champion there? That is the hard part for alot of her fans to consider as Ronda Rouseys' boxing has what it takes to transition in the octagon, but in the pure art of boxing maybe not so much. And we think that's the harder pill for the current batch of Rousey fans to swallow as they believe she is unbeatable and seeing her perform in a sport where she could lose or not be champion is not something fans can handle.

Or could they? Until everything happens and her contract is over it's highly unlikely for any MMA fan to see, but might happen as the champion herself seems to be branching out more and more from the cage as of lately. From movie roles and wanting movie roles, to participating in other sports it almost seems as the appeal for mixed martial arts for Ronda Rousey dulls with each and every opportunity that comes her way. She has proven her dominance and has nothing else to prove other than being the womens bantamweight queenpin, and what else is there for her past that if she loses all her other opportunities?
